In-studio classes take place in our studio at the Dunshaughlin Community Centre – A85 VP92.

  • 11:15 am – Resistance Training
  • 12:30 p.m. Resistance Training
  • 5 pm – Men only Pilates
  • 6:30 pm – Full Body Strength & HIIT
  • 8 pm – Disco Spin
  • 10 am – Outdoor Class in Park
  • 12:30 pm – Glutes, Core & HIIT
  • 9:30 am – Disco Spin
  • 10:30 am – Women O60 Beginner Pilates
  • 12:30 pm – Resistance Training
  • 5 pm – Pilates
  • 6:15 pm – Pilates
  • 10 am – Pilates
  • 11:15 am – Resistance Training
  • 5:15 pm – Resistance Training
  • 6:30 pm – Resistance Training
  • 8 pm – Disco Spin
  • 10 am – Outdoor class in Park

Outdoor classes are in Dunshaughlin Park and are pay-as-you-go. Online Pilates classes are booked through this website. Please see the Timetable for days and times of all classes.
