In-studio classes take place in our studio at the Dunshaughlin Community Centre – A85 VP95.

Pilates, Stretch & Relax:

10 am – 11 am
5 pm – 6 pm

Spin:

6:15 pm – 7:05 pm
8 pm – 8:50 pm

Resistance Training:

11:15 am – 12:15 pm
12:30 pm – 1:30 pm

Outdoor Exercise:

10 am – 10:30 am

Pilates, Stretch & Relax:

6 pm – 7 pm

9:30 am – 10:20 am

Outdoor classes are in Dunshaughlin Park and are pay-as-you-go. Online Pilates classes are booked through this website. Please see the Timetable for days and times of all classes.
