My continued love of living a healthy lifestyle led me to study Personal Training, Fitness Instruction and Pilates. With these qualifications I am hoping to help others become fit and healthy, through guidance on exercise and good nutrition. My goal is to make regular exercise and healthy living attainable, achievable and enjoyable for everyone I work with, even those who might feel a bit too self-conscious to join a gym or attend a class, or those who may feel they have left it too late to begin exercising.
I am a member of the Register of Exercise Professionals in Ireland. I continue to stay abreast of any changes in the fitness industry to continue to provide my clients, both private (individuals) and semi-private (small groups), and those attending my classes, with the best possible service.
