At IB Health & Fitness I have small class groups that are supportive, warm, friendly and encouraging, where adults range in age from 20+ to 70+. Classes such as Resistance Training/Strength training, Pilates, incl. Male only Pilates, Disco Spin, Outdoor classes, online workouts on my YouTube channel ‘Move with Imelda’, and lots more.
There’s no gym intimidation, no online overwhelm. It doesn’t matter if you’re a beginner, new to exercise, returning to exercise following an injury or an illness, or after a life change.
