Hi, my name is Imelda Breen and I am the owner of IB Health & Fitness. I am passionate about motivating people to stay fit and healthy as they age. I have clients of all ages, from 30 year old mothers of small children, to men and women in their 60’s and 70’s, and all ages and fitness levels in between.

Fitness has been a part of my life, all my life. Maintaining a high level of fitness, always playing sport, using weights as part of my training and staying focused on good nutrition, has helped me stay fit and healthy throughout my life.

It helped me raise my two boys, both born very prematurely, finding the energy to keep up with them when, as a parent, I had many hospital appointments, sleepless nights and long days.
